Meet local chef, Lucy Wallace
Chapel-born Lucy Wallace has been passionate about food for her whole life.
She trained at High Peak Catering College before going on to further perfect her trade in the kitchens of 5-star hotels and sought-after restaurants on the shores of both the UK and New Zealand.
Most recently, she studied the noble art of chocolate-making and has become adept in making all sort of unusual creations, guaranteed to wow your friends and delight your taste buds. Lucy is delighted to be keeping her culinary talents safely in the local area and is especially enjoying making her wonderful celebration cakes and meeting more of the local community in her bustling pink cafe in Chapel-en-le-Frith.
Lucy can be found at the cafe most days and will always be your point of contact should you have a special occasion to discuss for cakes, chocolate or outside catering functions where her invaluable experience with every type of function is bound to be of help to even the most seasoned event planner.
